Guild Charter

1. All members of the guild are expected to act in a mature and respectful manner, failure to do so will result in loss of rank, loss of guild privileges, or removal from guild. to include but not limited to-

a.No racist remarks

b.No harassment


2. Hacking will not be tolerated in this guild, hacking will end in removal from the guild.


3.As a part of this guild you are expected to participate in some of the guild events we host, we understand that you will not be able to make it to all of them because we all have lives but make sure you are a least at a few. This is a guild not a one man army so group participation is required.


4. This section will include everything about the loaning of gear-

a. If a guild officer has loaned you gear from the guild treasury it must be returned upon not needing it or leaving the guild (failure to do so will result in loss of rank, removal from guild, and placement on the KOS list)

b. If a guild member has loaned you gear it must be returned upon not needing it or leaving the guild (failure to do so will result in loss of rank, removal from guild, and placement on the KOS list)

c. If you have been loaned crone from either a guild member or from the guild treasury it must be paid back in the time frame that was set when the crone was loaned out. (failure to do so will result in loss of rank, removal from guild, and placement on the KOS list)


5. This section will include everything for new members

a. New members MUST be level 30 or higher

b.All new members will be placed on a 15 day probation (failure to comply with any of the rules of the guild charter will be grounds for removal from the guild)

c. After the 15 days, guild officers will decide whether the new member will be promoted to soldier or removed from the guild based on their actions in the 15 day probation.

d.New members will not be loaned guild gear until they have proven themselves for the 15 day period.

*side note* All guild members are allowed one alt in the guild


6 This section will include everything for forum and Ventrilo usage

a.Ventrilo is a paid for service and is not required to play the game, therefor We expect proper usage of this service and a mature and respectful manner is required while using this guild funded bonus. (failure to do so will result in ban from Ventrilo or removal from the guild)

b. Ventrilo info is not to be given out to non-members of the guild further more Ventrilo info will only be given out by admins and leaders of this guild, if you are not an admin or a leader of this guild given out Ventrilo info we result in removal from the guild and you will be banned from Ventrilo.

c.Any derogatory remarks, improper language, nude or disrespectful pictures will not be tolerated. We do have some members that are below the age of 18 so keep it PG people. (failure to do so will result in getting banned from the website or removal from guild)


7. Abuse of ranks on any level will not be tolerated. Lead by example if you have be chosen to have a leadership role in this guild you are expected to follow the guild charter completely and to be an example for all other members to follow. (if a leader of this guild is found out to be abusing his/her rank they will be removed from that rank or expelled from the guild depending on the severity of the offense)


8. Random PK's are not tolerated in this guild. (if you are found out to be randomly PKing people you will lose any rank you have and put on a probation period, multiple offenses will get you removed from the guild)


9.We do not tolerate Hacking or Botting in the guild, failure to follow this rule will result in removal from the guild.


10. We all play this game to have fun, leave your real life problems out of the game and out of the guild. Now lets all go have some fun and make this the best guild in Silva!
